| 摘 要： | 本文总结了美国股份回购的现状及主要运作方式，并对我国股份回购的现状及合法性进行了深入探讨，指出低负债会给公司带来许多不良后果，我国低负债率上市公司可以通过在证券市场上回购本公司股票的方式，达到优化该公司资本结构的目的。此外，对航空企业运用股份回购提出了一些个人设想。

| Abstract: | By summarizing the current condition and major operation models of stock repurchasing in the USA and discussing China's condition and legality of stock repurchasing,the paper points out the harmful results brought to companies by low debt rates,suggests that those listed companies buy back their stocks in stock market to optimize the capital structure and puts forward some suggestions for aeronautical enterprises. |
