摘    要:分块可展开光学系统的相关技术是空间光学遥感领域当前的研究热点之一。文章设计了一种环扇形剖分主镜的展开机构总体方案。为了满足主镜展开机构的高重复定位精度要求,定位装置采用了点接触的运动支承;中央子镜与旁瓣子镜之间的锁紧力通过控制步进电机转角的方法来控制,以降低系统的复杂性;为了提高机构运动可靠性并尽可能减少润滑剂对光学镜面的污染,运动副表面采用了MoS2固体润滑剂方式;经Solidworks软件仿真,该主镜展开机构无结构干涉,能够实现主镜的收拢和展开功能。

Abstract:The technology on the deployable segmented optical system is one of the hotspots in the field of space optical remote sensor. A concept of the deployment mechanism for an annulus-sector segmented primary mirror is put forward. The high repeatability of the primary mirror deployment mechanism can be acquired by applying the kinematic couplings with point contact form. The fastening force between the petal and the central part is controlled by controlling the rotation angle of the step motor. MoS2, as the lubricant with less pollution to mirrors, is used to increase the motion reliability Through simulation with Solidworks, no structural interferences appear in the primary mirror deployment mechanism, and the folding and deploying functions can be achieved.
