摘    要:民用飞机水废水系统的设备及管路布置位置从机身前部的前EE舱贯穿至机身后部的水废水舱,涉及舱段的温度分布变化较大,若不采取防冰措施,系统结冰会导致其功能丧失.采用模块化分析方法,对典型民用飞机水废水系统途经的不同区域的环境温度进行分析,确定水废水系统防冰区域,并给出确定加热器布置位置的原则;同时,针对不同需要防冰部件的特点,给出对应的防冰方式选用原则及典型加热器的防冰功率计算方法.本文采用的水废水系统防冰功能设计方法,可在民用飞机水废水系统研制之初、缺少全机温度场分布的情况下,为系统的防冰功能设计提供指导.

Abstract:The function of water and waste system (WWS) of civil aircraft is to provide the potable water, washing water and toilet flashing water for the flight members and passengers in the flight, to disposal the waste water at the same time. The location of the WWS Components and lines cross the the FWD EE bin to the AFT WWS compartment along the airframe. Temperature distribution is complex among different zones. The system will lose function due to icing without icing protection when in low temperature. The heaters location is an emphasis and difficult to confirm. This document analyzes the temperature of different zones using the module analysis method to confirm the icing protection areas, the electrical heater location confirming rule. To make the icing protection efficiency maximum, the document gives the approciate icing protection method for different components. At the same time, this document also provides the heater electrical power calculation for hose, line and tank. The icing preotection method in this document can provide the reference for civil aircraft WWS design without the aircraft temperature distrbution.
