环槽铆钉露天贮存15年结果分析

摘    要:为了进一步探索环槽铆钉在航天产品上使用的可靠性,经过15年的自然环境露天贮存,研究其抗腐蚀性能和机械性能,为航天产品更广泛的使用环槽铆钉提供可靠的依据。对已用在航天产品上的环槽铆钉,经过陆地环境条件下露天贮存5年,又继续在海洋环境条件下露天贮存4年.接着又在陆地环境条件下露天贮存6年.前后共贮存15年,进行了全面系统分析,从而得出环槽铆钉在航天产品上使用是完全可靠的结论。

Abstract:In order to explore the reliability of swage-locking pin for using in aerospace, study corrosiveness resistance and mechanical per formance of swagelocking pin which open-air stored in natural environment after 15 years. It provides a reliable basis for using swage-locking pin in aerospace products extensively.This paper analyzes swage-locking pin which has already used in aerospace products. This kind of swage-locking pin has been open-air stored in continetal environment for 5 years and then open-air stored in occeanic environment for 4 year, at last open-air stored in continetal environment again for 6 years.From the abovementioned analysis for swange-locking pin, we get a conclusion that swage-locking pin has a good reliability in using for aerospace products.
