基于岗位需求的高职空中乘务专业英语教学改革初探

以广州民航职业技术学院空中乘务专业为例,通过分析空中乘务专业的培养目标、生源特点以及航空公司对该专业人才的英语能力的要求,按照基于工作过程的教育理念,立足空中乘务专业的岗位需求,结合教学实践,阐述了该专业实施基于岗位需求的英语教学改革的初步探索和体会。

Exploration on Higher Vocational Flight Service Professional English Teaching Based on Post Requirenents

Taking Flight Service Specialty of Guangzhou Civil Aviation College as an example, the training target and matriculates＇characteristics of the flight service specialty , as well as the professional personnel~ English ability demand made by airlines are analyzed. According to the education concept based on the working process and the post requirements of flight attendants, combining with teaching practice, this article explains the preliminary exploration and experience of the English teaching reform based on flight attendants＇post requirements.
