| Abstract: | China codified the first constitution-1954 Constitution of China-by means of legal transplantation from 1936 Constitution of the Former Soviet Union. On the basis of national conditions, meanwhile, the interrelated contents were adjusted and revised. And and contents were transplanted in both macroscopic and microcosmic micro and macro studv on these two constitutions has a far-reaching significance. |
