泵控油马达转速控制系统的研制

摘    要: 本文研究了动力装置控制系统动态半物理模拟试验设备的重要性,着重讨论了电液伺服的泵控油马达转建控制系统的研制,包括设计、静态和动态特性计算、数学模型的建立,时域分析、频域分析、校正及调试结果分析。 所研制的泵控油马达转速控制系统具有动态响应快,调速简便平稳和静态精度高等特点;同时还具有功率大、转速高、双泵控制油马达,能源使用合理等特有的优点,从而适用面广。 这种试验设备的研制成功,不仅为航空动力装置控制系统的动态半物理模拟试验提供设备,而且也为高质量的地面转速控制系统提供动态试验手段

Abstract:In this paper a discussion is made of the importance of the dynamic experimental stand of a power device control system,and the importance of the semi-physi-cal simulating test.Stress has been laid 011 the development of electro-hydraulic servo fuel pumpmotor rotational speed control system, including design method, static and dynamic calculation, mathematic modeling, time and frequency domain analysis, correctionand experiment result analysis.The fuel, pump-motor rotational speed control system has rapid dynamic response,easy operation,smooth control, good static accuracy and so on.It also has larger power,higher speed, double-pump-control fuel motor and reasonable energy consumption,and thus has wide application.Successful development of the system.Not only provides the equipment for semiphysical simulating test of aviation "power device control system but also the dynamic test stand for highquality ground rotational speed control system.
