摘    要:根据结构中某些可测部件的试验信号,以及其他部件的有限元计算结果,提出了在一定假设条件下复杂结构中不可测区域振动响应的一种预测算法。该算法在识别可测部件所有未知载荷的基础上,预测不可测部件的响应。采用傅里叶变换(FT)将时域载荷转为频域,在获得识别结果后再转回时域的间接法提高预测精度。仿真结果表明,间接法的抗干扰性强、稳定性好,其预测误差与试验误差为同一量级。但对实际工况下方法的有效性、仿真数据的处理等还需作进一步的研究。

Abstract:According to the test result of some measurable areas and finite element computation of some un-measurable areas,a predictive algorithm for vibration response in some un-measurable areas in complex structure was put forward under certain hypothesizes in this paper.The algorithm could foresee the response for un-measurable areas based on the recognition all payloads for measurable areas.The indirect method was used to improve the predictive accuracy through Fourier transform which transferred the payload in time domain to frequency domain and back to time domain after the recognition acquired.The simulation results showed that the indirect method had the characteristics with good anti-interference and stability,which predictive error was the same order of test error.But it still needed more research for the effectiveness under real operation mode and processing of the simulation data.
