旋转冲压发动机冲压转子动应力分析

摘    要:本文采用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS相结合的办法,首先在ANSYS中得到冲压转子的柔性体,再导入到ADAMS中对旋转冲压发动机进行了刚柔混合体的动力学仿真,从而得到动载荷文件,最后再ANSYS中分析了其动应力的分布及变形情况,为冲压转子结构的进一步完善提供依据。同时,本文也证实了将ADAMS和ANSYS结合起来使用的可行性,使得仿真更加接近实际,分析结果更加合理。

Abstract:By adopting the method of joining the automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems(ADAMS) and finite element analysis software(ANSYS),this paper gained the dynamic load by dynamic simulating of ram-compressed rotor of rotated ramjet and analyzed its distribution of dynamical stress and distortion,which provided gist for further consummating the structure of ram-compressed rotor.At the same time,it also validated the feasibility of joining ADAMS and ANSYS,and simulation is closer to the fact.The result of analysis is more rational and the computation is faster.
