关于最优箭线网络图的定义及其唯一性的讨论

近年来,关于最优箭线网络图的绘制规则已有许多种方法。然而,最优箭线图是否是唯一的,有关文献都没有讨论这个问题。本文通过一个反例,指出目前常用的最优箭线网络图的定义是不完整的,符合这一定义的最优图也不是唯一的,文中给出了一个新的定义,并证明有了这一新的定义,就可根据作业分析表唯一地确定最优箭线网络图。

A Discussion on the Definition and Uniqueness of the Project Network Chart

In recent years there have been a number of methods for getting an optimal project network,and some conclusions have been obtained. However,the problem whether the optimal chart is the unique one has not been discussed. In this paper,it is indicated through an example that the definition usually used now is not complete and the diagram that satisfies this definition is not unique. A new definition is presented in this paper. It is also confirmed that using the new definition we can get a unique optimal diagram according to the flow of activities.
