摘    要:介绍用北斗卫星共视技术增强罗兰-C导航系统与国家授时中心协调世界时UTC(NTSC)的时间同步和授时服务能力这对罗兰-C与北斗卫星两大自主导航系统相互增强进行组合定位、导航、授时(PNT)应用和对系统保障及国家安全十分有益。

Abstract:It has been introduced and showed this paper that the timing capability of Loran-C Navigation System has been enhanced by employing the common-view technique of Beidou satellites to make time synchronization relative to UTC(NTSC) of National Time Service Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is very useful to enhance each other between Loran-C Navigation System and Beidou Satellite Navigation System for integral application of Positioning, Navigationg & Timing (PNT) services in China for the system safety and national security.
