| 摘 要： | 民办高校如何构建合理的学生多元评价体系？依据多元智力理论，阐述了民办高校的学生管理者应形成积极乐观的“学生观”，突出学生评价体系的发展功能；树立新的“教育观”，突出学生评价体系的教育功能，结合民办高校学生实际，构建多元评价体系。
