| 摘 要： | 系统地考察高校师资的各方面情况是高校评估检查的一个重要项目,也是高校管理过程中的一个主要环节。本文的重点是研究如何开发和利用高校师资管理分析系统,以此对高校的生师比、学缘结构、年龄结构、职称结构、专任教师中硕士博士学位的比例、主讲教师的比例、教授副教授上课统计情况以及专任教师实际工作量统计情况进行分析。从系统分析的结果中,获得专任教师的实时状况,为师资队伍建设的长远规划提供必要的依据。

| Abstract: | Systematic analysis of faculty situation is important in university evaluation and management.This paper mainly focuses on the development and application of the management analysis system for universities faculty in order to find out information about the student-teacher ratio,the faculty’s learning-origin structure,their age structure,title structure,master /doctor ratio in full-time teachers,and how many classes given by professors and associate professors and the actual workload of full-time teachers.The analysis result can give us the real-time state of full-time teachers in university.It also can provide some essential references for long-term layout of the faculty construction. |
