基于安全系数的轴全概率法可靠性设计

摘    要:本文应用可靠性理论对轴类零件的设计方法进行了研究,在考虑轴类零件静强度和疲劳强度的情况下利用全概率法对基于安全系数的设计公式进行了推导,并对设计参数的取值进行了说明。最后,通过算例对可靠性算法优于传统安全系数算法的理论进行了论证。

Abstract:A research of axles design by reliability theory has been done. On static and fatigue strength, the axle design steps by probability method are introduced based on safety factor. The values of the parameters are also studied, which will prove that reliability design is better than the traditional one.
