气针式穴盘播种机播种装置的研究

摘    要:介绍了气针式穴盘播种机播种装置的结构和工作原理,对播种装置的振动系统及吸种过程进行了分析与仿真。为提高播种精度和工作效率,振动机构中采用激振器使种子保持规律运动状态;设计一种多排气针式摆动排种机构,由连杆组合机构实现排种气针摆动,并实现不同穴距的种子播种。

Abstract:In this paper, the structure and working principle of the gas needle type seeding planter unit is introduced, and the vibration system of seeding device and the suction process is analyzed and simulated. In order to improve the precision and efficiency, the vibra- tion exciter is used in the vibration mechanism to make the seeds keep regular motion and a multi-row-needle mechanism is designed. The exhaust gas needles swing through the linkage mechanism and sow seeds with different pit spacing.
