Abstract:The causation of the bifurcation phenomenon in a gas turnine combustor with a non slot conical swirler has been studied preliminarily,based on a lot of experiments and in light of theoretical analysis and deduction.According to the theoretical analysis,the bifurcation phenomenon in a flowing process may be occurred,as the process is controlled by a non linear N S equations.But it can be realized only in such a case,that a feed back procedure is existing.We found out that there were three geometrical factors controlling its feed back procedure in the gas turbine combustor with a non slot conical swirler.In order to remove the bifurcation pheromenon in the combustor,some measures are suggested,which are useful to eliminating flame fluctuation and expanding the flame extinction extent.
