摘 要: | 针对某型机研制中大直径、高干涉螺栓在厚夹层结构中的安装问题,对不同安装方法进行了分析研究,提出采用应力波安装新方法。采用应力波对直径8mm、10mm、12mm的干涉螺栓进行了安装,分析了安装质量。研究结果表明采用应力波安装方法可以满足高干涉螺栓的安装技术要求。

Abstract: | Aiming at the problems that large diameter and high-interference bolt install in thick sandwich structure on research and development of a certain type aircraft, different installation methods are analyzed and researched, and a new installation method with stress-waves is proposed. Stress-waves are used to install interference bolt that diameter is 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm, the installation quality is also analyzed. The research results show that the stress-wave installation method can meet the installation technology requirements of high-interference bolt. |
