减压器启动冲击解决方案

摘    要:为消除运载火箭上面级高压贮气增压系统启动过程中对减压器的冲击,提出在减压器前增设限流阀的简易方案。基于减压器启动冲击形成机理,给出了限流阀的设计和结构。结果表明:增加限流阀后,减压器入口压力建立时间推迟,出口压力降低,启动冲击被有效抑制,且稳态工作时限流阀的前后压力基本相同,减压器正常工作不受影响。

Abstract:To eliminate the start-up shock to the pressure reducer vale in the high-pressure gas storage pressurization system of the upper stage in the launch vehicle, a method of adding a flow limiter before the reducer was put forward in this paper. The design and structure of the flow limiter were presented based on the mechanism of the start-up shock of the pressure reducer. The test results showed that the time of input pressure establishing was delayed, the output pressure would be reduced after the flow limiter was added, in which the start-up shock was suppressed. Meanwhile, the normal operation of the pressure reducer was not affected since the front and back pressures of the pressure for the pressure limiter were similar when it was in stable operation.
