Abstract: | Aiming at the problem of massive moonstones with different granularities encountered during the sampling of lunar soil on the surface of the moon, causing different degrees of impact and obstacles to the drilling and sampling work, a method for effective analysis through the finite element simulation model combined with the mechanical properties of lunar-like materials is proposed, serving as a basis for improving efficiency. Firstly, through experiment and simulation fitting, the material model parameters of two kinds of rock materials with hardness close to moon rock, red brick and sandstone are obtained. On the basis, the finite element model of the actual size mechanism is used for simulation to obtain the influence of different parameters during the impact process of the sampling impact mechanism. Based on this analysis, suggestions for improvement of the impact mechanism and its impact process can effectively improve the efficiency of impact crushing rock during the sampling process. |
