摘    要:建立了动压式指尖密封流固耦合的模型和计算方法,对转子起动时该密封的工作状态进行了流固耦合仿真;研究了泄漏率、耦合面径向力随时间的变化情况;提出了稳态下评价该密封性能的参数——泄漏率和耦合面径向力;分析了工况条件及流层参数对性能参数的影响.研究发现:转子起动至稳定阶段时,泄漏率迅速减少达到稳定状态,耦合面径向力达到最大值后有所降低并最终趋于稳定,满足密封低泄漏、非接触的工作要求.该工作为开展动压式指尖密封性能优化奠定了基础.

Abstract:The fluid-solid coupling model and calculation method of circumferential convergent hydrodynamic finger seal were established.Numerical simulation of fluid solid interaction was conducted in the process of rotor startup.The time-dependent change of leakage rate and radial force of interface was analyzed.Two parameters,i.e.:leakage rate and radial force of interface,were used to evaluate the performance of finger seal at stable state.These two parameters were calculated and their changes were analyzed in different working conditions and structure parameters of fluid interface.Research shows that leakage rate decreases rapidly and tends to be stable,radial force of interface reaches the maximum and then decreases to be stable at last in the process of rotor startup,meeting the requirements of low leakage and non-contacting finger seal.The work provides a basis for optimizing hydrodynamic finger seal with good performance.
