丁羟推进剂燃速计算图象法

本文用PEM模型编制的燃速计算程序,计算了一定压力,一定过氯酸铵(AP)粒径级配条件下不同配方的燃速,求出配方组分与燃速关系方程,绘制出AP/Al/HTPB系统的等燃速三角图,在图中由配方组分可迅速查找出燃速,也可由给定的燃速选择合适的配方.

GRAPHICAL METHOD FOR CALCULATING THE BURNING RATE OF HTPB PROPELLANT

Based on PEM model, the burning rate of different propellant formulations under certain range of pressure and AP particle size disturbution is computated and the relationship between the formulation and burning rate is derived.A series of isoburning rate trigonal diagram of AP/A1/HTPB systems has been drawn, from which we can evaluate quickly the burning rate according to formulation of the proplellants. Also, from the diagram, the composition of the propellant can be readily datermined according to the rate value given.
