摘    要:分析了飞机着陆过程起落架和机轮受力情况,针对刹车制动引起谐振的机理,并从刹车系统角度出发,就跑道识别、智能控制技术、多级偏压调节(PBM)技术、轮速采集及滤波、防振加固等方面,介绍了一些有效解决制动引起的振动的方法和措施。为后续解决实际问题提供了具体思路。

Solutions of the Resonance Caused by Aircraft Braking

Abstract:As the role of anti-skid brakes,the resonance phenomenon often occurs during aircraft braking and will leads to brake failure or the aircraft landing gear damage.The motions of aircraft landing gear and wheel in landing are analyzed.For the mechanism of resonance caused by the braking,from the perspective of the brake system,such as the runway identification,intelligent control technology,multi-level PBM technology,wheel speed acquisition and filtering,anti-vibration reinforcement,etc.,some effective means and measures to solve the vibration caused by braking are introduced.Some specific ideas to solve the practical problems are provided.
