摘    要:针对航空发动机石墨密封组件结构特点和平面度测量技术要求,提出应用光波干涉法对航空发动机密封件平面度误差实施检测专用装置的设计、测量、平面度判读等。

Abstract:Aiming at the structure characteristic of aeroengine graphite seal components and measurement technology requirements,the design and measurement of special equipment that used the light interferometry method to measure planeness error of aeroengine seal components were proposed.
