摘    要:本文分析了燃油泵Cr12MoV钢制柱塞裂纹萌生断裂破损的原因,观察了裂纹断裂破损处形貌特征、显微组织和化学成分、显微硬度测量,分析了其接触疲劳韧性损伤的原因,研究消除裂纹萌生断裂破损的相关工艺方法。结果表明柱塞显微组织和综合性能得以改善和提高。

Cause Analysis of Crevice Produced Fracture Accident for Cr12MoV Steel Piston

Abstract:The causes of crevice produced fracture accident on piston made by Cr12MoV steel of fuel pump were analyzed.The microstructure,crevice produced fracture morphology measured chemical element and micro hardness were observed.The reason of toughness injury to fracture accident zone was analyzed.The relative technical methods of eliminating crevice produced fracture accident to piston were researched.The results show that the microstructure and properties have been improved and elevated to piston.
