立式风洞尾旋技术改进及试验验证

摘    要:为降低立式风洞尾旋试验系统对飞机自由尾旋试验结果的影响,开发了一套适用于尾旋模型的舵面遥控系统、优化了模型悬挂系统,研究了悬挂系统对飞机尾旋特性的影响。研究结果表明:研制的模型操纵面控制系统具备任意操纵面组合偏转的能力,可以满足飞机尾旋试验要求;悬挂系统各部件重量和外形变化对旋转角速度略有影响,对飞机尾旋迎角、尾旋改出方法、尾旋改出圈数等影响很小。

Improvements and validation of spin test techniques in vertical wind-tunnel

Abstract:In order to reduce the effects of free spin test system on the test results in the vertical wind-tunnel,a remote control system to pilot the model's control surfaces was developed.The model suspension system was optimized and the effects of suspension components on the spin results were studied.It is shown that the remote control system is able to pilot the control surface independently or assembly,it meets the requirements of spin test.The results show that it has certain effects for the weights and shapes of the suspension system components on rotating speed while little effects on the spin angles of attack,the methods and turns of spin recovery.
