双旋流器燃烧室NOx生成研究

摘    要:通过试验和数值模拟方法研究不同进口油气比与温度以及主燃孔布局变化对双旋流模型燃烧室两相燃烧整体流场、出口温度T以及污染物NOX排放的影响.采用二维粒子图像测速仪(PIV)测量燃烧室内热态流场,用多点温度耙和取样管测量燃烧室出口温度T与NOX.在非结构网格体系下,采用Fluent商业软件对燃烧室三维两相燃烧流场和NOX分布进行计算.计算结果与试验数据符合较好,表明不同油气比、进气温度和主燃孔布局变化对模型燃烧室两相燃烧整体流场、出口温度T与NOX排放都有一定的影响,并随着油气比与进气温度增加,燃烧室出口温度T与NOX排放也相应地提高.

Abstract:The influences of various fuel-air ratio,inlet temperature and geometric parameters on two-phase combustion integrated flow fields and pollutant NOX formation in a model gas turbine combustor with a double swirler were investigated experimentally and numerically.Particle image velocimetry(PIV) technique was adopted to measure Profiles of velocity vector of primary combustion zone in model combustor.Multiple-point probes were used to measure radial distributions of outlet temperature and NOx emission.Fluent commercial software was applied to simulate three-dimensional two-phase combustion flows and pollutant NOX formation on unstructured grid system in the model combustor.The calculated results were consistent with the test data,showing that the influences of different fuel-air ratio,inlet temperature and primary holes parameters on two-phase flow fields as well as profiles of outlet gas temperature and NOX are considerable.The outlet gas temperature and NOX increase with fuel-air ratio and inlet temperature.
