摘    要:用于雷达侦察的电子设备应具有高灵敏度、大动态范围、宽频带以及小体积等特性。但高速数字电路与微波模拟电路的混合设计,使电磁干扰(EMI)问题变得复杂,给电子设备的电磁兼容性(EMC)设计带来困扰。探讨了雷达侦察电子设备中EMI问题产生的原因,并结合实际提出了有效的EMC解决方案。

Abstract:The requirements for compact,high sensitivity,large dynamic range and wide frequency bandwidth of electronic equipment for radar reconnaissance applications have to be met.In the meantime,the designer is confronted with the challenges of complicated Electro Magnetic Interference(EMI) problems due to the mixed-signal design of high speed digital circuits and microwave analogue circuits.The main reasons regarding EMI problems in electronic equipment used for radar reconnaissance are investigated.Some practical and effective design approaches are proposed for improving Electro Magnetic Compatibility(EMC).
