毫米波鳍线平衡混频器研究

摘    要: 本文研究了一种八毫米波段平衡混频器的工程设计方法,并给出了实验测试结果。在针对实际电路结构建立起等效电路模型后,采用最优化方法对电路结构参量作了优化。对实际制做的混频器性能作了初步测试,最佳双边带噪声系数约为6dB(其中包括1.4dB中放噪声贡献在内)。

Abstract:A method for the design of a millimeter-wave band hybrid-integrated balanced mixer has been discussed in this paper. Unilateral fin-line and antipodal fin-line tapers have been used as waveguide-to-finline and waveguide-to- finline-to-microstrip transitions at RF-port and LO-port respectively. According to the concept of minimum reflection coefficient from a reference plane, after the equivalent circuit models have been built, several computer-optimization programs have been developed. During the design process, two ways were adapted to deal with the problem of RF-impedance of mixer diodes in specified frequency band.The performance of our mixer has been tested experimentally. The Optium Noise Figure (DSB) is approximately 6 dB.
