摘    要:选取四种不同软化点的浸渍剂沥青和四种不同结构织物,采用低压浸渍-常压碳化的致密化工艺,制备C/C复合材料。结果表明:浸渍剂种类和织物结构对致密化效果都有影响,并指明造成传统工艺致密化效率低下的主要原因是碳化时沥青的流淌。

Abstract:C/C composites are fabricated using the processing of low press impregnation and normal press carbonization , with selection of four pitches and four fabrics which have different softening points and architectures, respectively. The effect of different pitches and fabrics on densification is studied. Experimental resulst indicate that the densification is influenced by both impregnant pitch and fabric architecture. It is also shown that the primary factor affecting densification efficiency in traditional liquid-phase pyrolysis processing is the overflowing of the pitch in carbonization.
