空心长轴深孔加工工艺研究

摘    要:以某发动机空心长轴零件深孔加工为研究对象,设计了长径比为15,长度超过1米的整体硬质合金刀杆,在某加工项目试验中,应用这种超长整体硬质合金刀杆,在细长比大于10的空心长轴的深孔镗削加工中,改变了传统的深孔加工工艺,满足了空心长轴深孔加工中严格的壁厚差要求,取得了明显的效果.

Abstract:Machining technology for hollow deep hole for aero-engine as research object,the holistic hard alloy tool pole with ratio of length to diameter 15 and length over 1m was designed.The traditional deep hole processing were changed in machining deep hole with slenderness ratio over 10 and the requirement of wall thickness error was satisfied in hollow deep hole processing to achieve obvious effect.
