高分辨率三线阵相机精密热控设计及试验

摘    要:以某遥感卫星三线阵立体测绘相机组合体为研究对象,通过对卫星顶部构架、相机支架以及相机进行一体化同步控温设计,并在国内首次采用“隔热/导热复合多层材料组件”结合精密控温回路设计、高精度控温仪等技术手段,满足了相机精密热控指标要求。在热平衡试验中,通过组合体不同状态的试验工况设置,验证了透镜最大径向温差<0.2℃、轨道周期内径向温差的稳定度<0.1℃的设计结果。

Abstract:Taking the three linear array stereo mapping cameras as subject, in order to achieve the high thermal control index of the cameras, temperatures of the top framework, brackets and cameras are integratively and synchronously controlled in the thermal control design, a kind of heat insulation & heat transfer composite multilayer material is used, heaters of the cameras are precisely disposed and controlled by the high accuracy temperature control equipment. Thermal balance tests are done to validate the thermal design, results show that the temperature of the cameras can meet the requirements, the maximum radial temperature difference of the lens can be controlled within 0.2℃, and the maximum radial temperature difference fluctuation of the lens can be controlled within 0.1℃ during an orbital period.
