摘    要:为了满足喷管轴线与燃烧室轴线相垂直的发动机推力测量的需要,先后采用两种不同结构的试车架进行多发试验验证,对试验结果进行分析、对比.结果表明,采用与推力同轴单推力传感器的方案推力测量精度高,推力测量结果比冲散差小,满足了发动机试验的要求。这一经验可供同类试车架设计参考。

Abstract:In order to meet the thrust measurement needs of motors with the nozzle axis perpendicular to combustion chamber axis, Two kinds of different structure test fixtures were verified in multiple motor tests. Analysis and comparison of test results show that the thrust measurement is accurate and specific impulse dispersion error of thrust measurement is small by using single coaxial load cells with thrust meeting the requirement of motor tests. The experience may provide design reference for similar tests.
