| 摘 要： | 全面介绍了行政办公系统中一类较有特色的公文--"外部来文"的具体设计与实现.在说明外部来文的功能、特点的基础上,详细描述了它的数据流程和流转中涉及到的多个数据库的功能结构,具体介绍了实现中所用到的多种技术手段,从而为办公自动化系统具体的开发设计工作提供了新的方法和思路.
