基于RBF网络辨识的挠性卫星姿态自适应控制

摘    要:为满足挠性卫星姿态控制的更高要求,提出了一种基于径向基函数(RBF)网络辨识的模糊自适应控制方法。根据卫星姿态动力学方程,将RBF辨识网络引入模糊神经网络的T-S模型,以辨识卫星,在线修改模糊神经控制器(FNC)参数,使卫星的姿态角度达到设定值。仿真结果表明:该法能有效克服卫星的不确定性,提高卫星姿态的控制精度。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the demand of the self-adaptation of the flexible satellite attitude control system, a fuzzy self-adaptation control method based on radial basis function (RBF) identification network was presented in this paper. According to the attitude dynamic equation of the satellite, RBF identification network was added into the T-S model of fuzzy neural controller (FNC) to realize the satellite identification and on-line regulating of the parameters of FNC, which would let the attitude of satellite achieve the anticipant value at last. The simulation results showed that the method would resolve the satellite model uncertainty effectively and improve the accuracy of the flexible satellite attitude.
