摘    要:应变天平的输出信号较小,安装和信号连接环节较多,吹风试验过程中故障较频繁。故对其信号进行合适的调理,使用适当的电信号校正技术,即用电的方法模拟天平所受的载荷,对解决天平使用过程中的问题,迅速诊断故障,提高天平以及风洞测力试验精度和准确度都有重要的意义。

Abstract:Strain gauge balance is a main device in wind tunnel tests for measuring model loads. Due to the small output signal and many transmission links for the strain gauge ba lance, it is liable to get into some troubles in wind tunnel tests. To avoid the above mentioned troubles in wind tunnel tests, the following methods are adopted. Signals are properly conditioned and suitable electrical signal calibration techniques are used. The balance loads are electrically simulated. All of these methods are important for solving problems and quick troubleshooting in the process of using the balance, raising its measuring accuracy and improving the data quality measured in wind tunnel tests.
