| 摘 要： | 从冲床的实际加工中的问题出发,提出很多有效的解决方法。在加工准备过程中,具备刀具设置、加工顺序的自动排列及交互设置、跳点设置等功能。利用W indons操作系统良好的界面功能和多线程功能,实现数控冲床的加工预览仿真功能和加工过程中的实时显示。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a modern punch CNC system.Based on the actual problems in the machining,it prompts out many efficient solutions.In the process of preparing for the machining,we have functions such as tool setting,scheduling workable sequences automatically or artificially,undo point setting etc.Using the advantages of Windows OS,such as the perfect interface and the function of multi-process,the system can preview the process of machining,and get real time display when processing. |
