摘    要:在非线性数值算法基础上,采用水平集方程、动量方程与能量方程进行多物理场全耦合计算的方法,对非对称几何板件的注射-压缩成型过程进行了模拟分析.结果表明,注射-压缩工艺较传统注射工艺能够显著降低制成件收缩率;成型过程中熔体的纤维流线长度与温度变化会对制件收缩率产生影响.较短的纤维流线,较均匀的温度分布能够获得更小、更均匀的...
