| 摘 要： | 以往的研究,都是将农民信息素质的提高作为公共图书馆的信息教育的职责,但是事实上真正制约农民信息素质提高的因素与图书馆并无直接关系,因而农民信息素质提高问题成为一个很难解决的问题。在系统论视角下的研究,抓住各个制约农民信息素质提高的因素,构成一个解决问题的有机的系统,形成提高农民信息素质的合力,于是难题不再难。

| Abstract: | Past studies always take the improvement of farmers＇ information quality as the duty of public li-braries＇ information education .However ,the improvement of farmers＆#39;information quality has nothing to do with libraries .The article ,from the perspective of system theory ,finds out factors restraining the im-provement of farmers＇;information quality ,and puts them together to form an organic system ,thus making the problem solved easily . |
