Ni含量对CuNiAl合金导电率及摩擦性能的影响

摘    要:采用熔铸法制备CuNiAl合金,Cu含量为95wt%,Ni/Al原子比分别为1:3、1:2、1:1、2:1、3:1的CuNiAl合金。利用涡流电导仪和磨损试验机测量了不同状态合金的导电率。研究发现:CuNiAl合金随着Ni含量的逐渐增加,导电率减小,合金的黏着磨损减弱,磨粒磨损现象明显增加。

Abstract:CuNiAl alloys are prepared through fusion casting .Cu content is 95w t% ,and Ni/Al atomic rati-os1:3 ,1:2 ,1 :1 ,2 :1and3 :1separately .The friction and electric conductivity properties are measured by ed-dy-conductivity apparatus and abrasion test machine .Study shows that the abrasive wear of CuNiAl alloys is increased ,and electric conductivity decreased with the gradual increase of the Ni content .
