中国与发展中国家贸易摩擦的现实考量及应对策略

现阶段中国对外贸易摩擦的主体已经从发达国家转变为发展中国家。中国与发展中国家的贸易摩擦主要表现为发展中国家频繁使用反倾销措施对中国的出口产品征收反倾销税。尽管现阶段我国与发展中国家产生贸易摩擦案件的数量和金额还小于发达国家,但从长远看,战略影响要远远大于发达国家。文章从内外两方面对中国与发展中国家贸易摩擦加剧的原因进行分析,认为中国应加快产业结构调整步伐,把战略重点从数量价格竞争转移到质量效益竞争的轨道上来。

The Reason and Countermeasures of Trade Friction Between China and Other Developing Countries

At this stage the main body of Chinese foreign trade friction has been changed from the developed to the developing countries.Chinese trade frictions with the developing countries mainly in the frequent use of anti-dumping duties.And the negative impact of trade frictions in China and the developing countries is much larger than the developed countries.Although the number of casses of trade frictions and the amount is still less than in the developed countries,but in the long run,the further impact is much larger than the developed countries.This paper analysies from both inside and outside of China and the developing countries,intensifies the reacons of the trade frictions,the focus is given China should speed up the pace of industrial restructuring,the strategic focus be from a number and price competition shifted to the quality and efficiency of competition.
