企业信息系统建设方法论

根据笔者参加ＣＩＭＳ工程的实际经验，从方法论的角度总结了企业信息系统建设应注意的六个方面。内容涉及信息系统建设总的指导原则、系统分析的核心方法、系统集成成功的关键、系统开发的实用方法与方式等。

Methodology for Constructing Enterprise Information System

Based on the experiences of information system (IS) analysis enterprise information system construction are summarized in the following six aspects. Firstly, it is pushed by the requirement and benefit to construct an IS which must be planed in general and consummated in progress, as the development of information technology and the change of enterprise requirements are very fast. Secondly, the core of constructing IS is the business process analysis. Thirdly, the key of constructing IS is integration, especially the integration of man. As we know, men play the title role in both IS and enterprise. Next, the object oriented technique must be applied during the construction of an IS. Further, the sequence of constructing IS is software first and hardware last, and the method is to combine the prototype method with the lifecycle one. Lastly, the pattern of constructing IS is adopted together with co operation.
