基于PMAC的三自由度并联机床数控系统硬件开发

摘    要:针对并联机床运动控制的特点,基于PMAC多轴运动控制卡,开发了一个应用于三自由度并联机床的硬件控制系统。测试结果表明,系统设计合理,能准确的控制并联机床的动作。

Abstract:Based on the kinematics control characteristics of the parallel tool machine and the PMAC Multi-Axis Motion Control Card,a hardware control system is developed to apply to parallel machine tool in three degrees of freedom.The testing results show that the system design is reasonable and has the ability to control the movement of the machine accurately.
