摘    要:在分析总结高能硝胺推进剂燃速特性和燃烧火焰结构的基础上,提出了重点降低高压燃速及其压强指数的暗区增强理论;并选择了数种添加剂对上述理论进行了验证。实验结果表明,所选择或合成的添加剂都可同时降低燃速和压强指数;燃烧火焰结构验证实验也表明,加入PC30/PC35组合添加剂显著增加了暗区的厚度,降低了暗区的压强敏感性和总化学反应级数;同时组合添加剂的抑制作用效率随着压强的增加而增强,这导致推进剂在燃速降

Abstract:Based on the analyzing of thc hurning rate characteristics and combustion flame structure of highenergy nitramine propellants, a dark zone rcinforcement theory aimed for decreasing burning rale and pres-sure exponent is put forward in this paper. Several additives are also selected to verify the theory. Experi-ments show that the hurning rate and prcssure cxponent can be reduced simultancously hy these additives.The flame structure verifying cxperiments also reveal that the combined additive PC30/PC35 can make thedark zone thikened, so the pressure sensitivity and the overall chemical reaction order of dark zone are de-creased and the decreasing efficiency of PC30/PC35 strengthens along with the pressure rising. All of theseresults can verify the reasonable of the 1teory.
