摘    要:遗传算法有时收敛太慢或收敛困难.在翼型反设计问题中,算法的计算效率很重要.给出了翼型的非均匀B样条曲线表示,设计了遗传操作算子,引入一种简单、易实现、高效率的随机逼近算法--Simultaneous Perturbation Stochastic Approximation(SPSA)算法,将SPSA算法作为一种快速局部优化方法和遗传算法的整体搜索策略结合起来,为翼型反设计提出了一种快速高效优化算法.并用该算法分别对NACA2412和NACA0016翼型进行了反设计,取得了令人满意的结果.

Abstract:Sometimes genetic algorithms(GAs) converge slowly and difficultly.Computing efficiency is very important in airfoil inverse design problems.In this paper the airfoils are expressed as non-uniform B-spline,the operators of GAs are designed,and the simultaneous perturbation stochastic approximation(SPSA) is introduced.SPSA is simple to be easily implemented in efficient stochastic approximation algorithm.As optimization algorithm,SPSA is used as an optimization algorithm to mix with overall searching strategy of GAs.A quickly convergent and highly efficient algorithm is used for solving airfoil inverse design problems.And the new algorithm is used for solving inverse design problems of NACA2412 and NACA0016 airfoils.Results are satisfied.
