LC4铝合金预腐蚀损伤疲劳寿命预测

摘    要:在不同的腐蚀时间条件下,按ASTM标准对试验件进行预腐蚀试验,产生腐蚀坑,获得了腐蚀损伤的数据,然后进行疲劳加载试验,建立了不同腐蚀时间与疲劳寿命之间的关系。用AFGROW软件预测不同腐蚀时间对试件疲劳寿命影响,预测值与试验值对比偏保守。建立了预腐蚀损伤试件的疲劳寿命预测的方法。

Abstract:Under the conditions of several different time of corrosion,the specimens were exposed in corrosion solutions.Corrosion pits were created according to ASTM standard.After obtaining the corrosion damage data,the static intensity and fatigue tests are carried out.The relationship of fatigue life and the corrosion damage were studied.The AFGROW software was used to simulate the effect of corrosion time on the specimen's fatigue life.The prediction values are conservative compared with experiment results.An eff...
