| Abstract: | In flight daily running,the weather factor takes the greatest proportion among all the factors which cause the flight returning or alternate.Therefore,flight dispatchers do need to do weather evaluation well,in order to ensure the regularity and safety of the flight.The importance of the evaluation ability in flight dispatch or release is shown here. |
