星载183GHz分谐波混频器的设计

摘    要:文章采用TERATECH公司研制的肖特基二极管,设计了一种星载183GHz分谐波混频器。长9mm、宽0.42mm的混频器电路被放置在腔体中,包括波导过渡到微带的本振和射频频率匹配部分。仿真结果表明本振功率仅为3mw时,变频损耗在173GHz~193GHz频率范围内小于9dB,变频损耗幅度平坦度小于1dB。

Design of a Space-borne Sub-harmonic Mixer at 183GHz

Abstract:The design of a fixed-tuned sub-harmonically pumped mixer at 183GHz featuring on an anti-parallel pair of GaAs Schottky barrier diodes fabricated by United Kingdom Teratech Components Limited (TERATECH) is presented. The circuit is about 9 mm long, 0.42mm wide and is mounted in a waveguide block that includes waveguide matching elements at the Local Oscillator (LO) and RF frequencies. The mixer is expected to work efficiently in the band 173 - 193 GHz using 3mW of LO pump power, with a Double Side Band (DSB) conversion gain greater than -9 dB and gain flatness less than ldB.
