航空发动机燃油喷嘴雾化角度测量研究

摘    要:喷雾锥角的大小直接影响到燃料在燃烧室空间的分布特性。为解决传统的人工测量喷雾锥角方法的精度较低、重复性较差等难题,拟采用基于计算机视觉与图像处理技术,运用MATLAB/GUI软件的强大图像处理功能设计出航空发动机燃油喷嘴雾化角度测量系统,实现可视化界面操作。结果表明:该系统处理速度较快、精度较高,可减轻人工判读的繁琐工作量,对于质量较差的图像,可通过人工判读,减弱系统读取误差对试验结果的影响。

Research on Aeroengine Fuel Nozzle Spray Angle Masurement

Abstract:The spray cone angle size directly affects the distribution characteristics of fuel in the combustion space. In order to solve the problem of the traditional manual detection methods with low precision, poor repeatability, powerful image processing function of MATLAB/GUI software were used to design aircraft engine fuel nozzle spray angle measurement system with computer vision and image processing technology, and realize the visual interface of the program. The results show that the faster processing speed and high intensive reading of the system can reduce the onerous workload of manual interpretation. The influence of system read errors on the result of the experiment is reduced by artificial interpretation when the image quality is poor.
