纤维集合体结构对混纤型复合材料性能影响

摘    要:要利用膨松玻璃纤维纱/聚丙烯长丝束与玻璃纤维纱/聚丙烯长丝束的并列型结构,采用单向缠绕制作玻璃纤维/聚丙烯复合材料,分析纤维集合体结构对混纤型复合材料力学性能的影响。试验得到玻璃纤维纱经适当膨松后,复合材料的弯曲性能明显提高。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of fiber assembly structure on mechanical properties of commingled yarn composites, bulked glass fiber roving/polypropylene filaments as well as glass fiber roving/polypropylene filaments are selected to manufacture unidirectional thermoplastic composites by filament winding. Experimental results show that bending properties of composites are improved obviously when glass roving is bulked appropriately.
