| Abstract: | This paper is focusing on workload leading to stress and fatigue,which,so far,have resulted in real or potential accidents,incidents or errors,not been explored but with impact on the controller everyday,studying workload curve on the real situations based on operational units,e.g. Zhengzhou area control center,and doing certain calculations on the number of air traffic controller needed in accordance with the air traffic to be handled. Lastly,some strategies are put forward. |
